you may go to pinoy forum bro theres a lot stuff there tutorial on how to connect coz here we are in international forum they will not know that settings becoz we are in philippines..differ also from their settings in their country...

IF its streaming TV, its most probably through the internet. So why would there be different settings? Unless ofcourse the ISP blocks foreign streaming traffic.
