This simply means you've flashed it wrong and your PSP is now bricked,
flashing themes is 98% of PSP brick problems.. (true fact!).
Im assuming since youve flashed your PSP theme that you have
custom firmware and havent discovered CXMB which is
1000x better than flashing and involves way more customizable menus.
What firmware is your PSP? .. do you know someone else
with a custom PHAT PSP ? ..

1.Remove the battery
2.press R trigger and keep it pressed
3.put in the battery (the r trigger should be pressed)
4.turn the psp on (the r trigger should be pressed)
5.if a menu appears(recovery menu) ur psp is semi bricked
if u come into the recovery menu i have to know which theme u installed so that i can help ur psp
