Restore nokia phones to factory settings

dear all
i recently find a easy way to reset nokia mobiles to there factory settinga without flashing the mobile.

Hold the given sequence for 2-10 seconds when your mobile is unable to start when hanged on startup "nokia" text :-press and hold all buttons in the given sequence
* 3 green button power on/off button

phone restarts itself

iT CAN ALSO RESETS THE PHONE CODES BACK TO PREDEFINED CODES???
