help!!!! for n81

i'm using n81 but from some time when i m pressing arrow keys i mean key to move up and down it is creating some problem

when i'm pressing up key it is directly selecting some item on menu or asking to remove .
when i'm pressing down key it is going back.:neutral:
what should i do now.
plz help me

Go to nokia care centre..dey will fix it

Formatt ur phone.i had also that prob. After formatting it solved...
And if not than it is hardware prob.
