Degrading firmware?

Hi, there was a program on here that allowed you to re-flash the firmware of a phone to an earlier version but I cant find it.

Ive got an N95 on firmware version 30 but I need to go back to 21 as Im sending it away for repair. Does anyone know the program Im talking about or know of anything similar?
