did u get the notepad from the corpse too?
if not, then go to the second door. in the surgery room, there is a code written in roman letters. 2591

go to the first floor, and use this code on the 4-digit code lock. this room is right across the staircase

inside the room you will find a corpse holding a notepad. take the notepad from his hand.....

Notepad says we need to mark that man (corpse) in red. Mark him dead.. And there is a picture in one room on the wall.. I think we should stark there..
