Fresh out of one of Germany's largest independent mobile game develops is Townsmen 3, the third release under the Townsmen label. Handygames is back to provide its fans with an all new challenge and an experience like never seen before in the townsmen series. Set in a time where the New World has been progressing and having its influence spread, the Old World remains steadfast in keeping to their roots and culture. You have the option and decision as to whether or not you would like to to be a merchant or a pirate. You could be a fair and honest trader or you could be an immoral pirate - plundering riches for yourself.
You become a pirate by severing ties with the natives (capturing their resources when yours have depleted), lowering the relations by engaging the natives in war. The war is waged through slots - and the reels dont really move that fast. It just shows you how easy it is to succumb to the evils of the world. Pirating has never been easier. However, if you choose to treat the native people well, they may even build a temple in your honour, oh humble one.
The story has 14 missions that you need to play to complete the game. You need to finish all the campaigns in order to unlock the free-mode. During each mission, certain goals are needed to be accomplished: during one of the missions, you are given only 100 days to produce 50 barrels of rum and tobacco!
