Nokia Theme Studio key

hi all.
i am using Nokia Theme Studio 3.0 for creating new nice themebs.but unfortunely Studio wants key.public or private keys.it can be created in comand prompt,in tutorial is way that can create key,but i cant understand thes commands.

boys,plese help me.
have anobyde this keys?or can anobody tell me how i can make keys?

I think you can create certificates with microsoft office...
