Kryak Mr. Mahjong From FDG Mobile

The rules of Mahjong are important and the help section does its job. The quasi-3D view works well and it is easy to see which tiles can be played. The controls are very easy to use; the joystick controls a cursor which changes colour when you can select a valid tile. As with a lot of mobile Mahjong games, the cursor does move a little slow around an empty board but you get used to it. Hints are available by pressing the left soft key if you are ever stuck.
There is no quest or challenge to fulfill. It is just Mahjong plain and simple. There are 50 levels in total and these do have to be unlocked in turn. This does keep the replay value high and stops the game stagnating. The difficulty does increase with bigger spreads and different pieces are gradually introduced. The game is as authentic as possible with no special tiles or any gimmicks like that.
