Hi all, is there anyway to truely add the nokia N80 to a windows wireless network without running any additional software on the computers on the network, thanks

You dont need any additional software to do that.As you could connect a regural pc to your wireless network, it is almost the same way you can connect your N80.
Please could you explain how then, as my computer shares soem music, i would liek to be able to browse the shared files on my N80, thanks

Install the Home media Server app thats is shipped free with the N80, set sharing content under home networking(i believe) to ON. and u'll be able browse each and every song, pic, video on ur comp from ur phone and vice versa

Huh? i do not have "Home media Server app" on my Asia Pacific N80....

The Home Media Centre is found on the CD that came with your N80 mobile phone with the Nokia PC Suite.
Just install the program, and then it asks what folders you wish to share, you can then stream images to the computer, however i've not been able to stream video or transfer files between phone and computer.

Dude I Have A Laptop With Wireless Lan On It And I Can Connect The Laptops Dial Up Intertnet To The N80 And The Internet Is Damn Fast Including The Downloads.
