that's more likely due to user error or malfunctioning hardware as i've tested this software and others have as well...it works fine

so you don't even know how to install it properly yet you're claiming it somehow corrupted your phone? your phone already knows what to do with .jar files, just send it via cable or BT and it'll automatically install it...if you don't know how to do that, RTFM...unless, of course, you're phone is still corrupted :rolleyes:

Im new to the n80, i was also downloading it via my n80 web browser, which is wrong then.

then choose your words wisely next time as "Did nothing except corrupt my n80" means exactly that, which is a FAR cry from the reality of the case, which i'm assuming was just a bad/corrupted download of a working file...in either case, user error

it's much easier to use the Nokia Phone Suite which comes with the phone...all you do is double click the file and it automatically send the file via BT or cable depending on how you set it up...downloading via web should work just as well but i have not tried it that way

don't worry, my phone has crashed and restarted on me numerous times in the middle of doing different things...it's a fairly common occurance and happens about 3-4 times per week (which really isn't bad at all coming from a Windows Mobile based phone...those crash nonstop!)
