why is it when a call is rejected is says call duration 1 sec?

i am not sure if it is working fine on my N93 cause i followed instructions as been set but could not find anywhere the second option:

used Y-browser

I followed instructions but didn't work on my N73. After deleting the "gsmn01tsy.ini" file and trying to install the full version, it says "Update error" or something like this.

I have never installed this on my 3250. SO, is it a must for me to install the trial version then remove it and delete gsmn01tsy.ini and finally, install the full version? Please help....
