New user group - Theme Artists

We have a new user group - Theme Artists :)

Group membership will be exclusively for theme artists, bassed on merit. Members will be selected by moderators.

The group rights will be similar to ViP Members. They will have custom tiltles, color code etc.

Wow, now that our theme artists are official, we should also take some application download reviewers from the main group! :D We can't just keep downloading applications with fake press releases saying "It's teh best application 3vER!!!!!11" so we need word of mouth from crash-dummies who dare to download!
