Sometime you have to:
1. right click on keygen icon on your pc
2. select properties
3. select Compatibility
4. select "run this program in compatibility mode for:" (select windows 2000)
5. at the bottom of the same screen, select input settings "turn off advanced text services for this program"
6. Apply and OK.

This should allow Keygen to run.
Worked for me.

N72 is not 3rd edition mobiles but this application is for 3rd Edition,.
