you can already do that with the built-in wlan wizzard of the old n80. just go to Connection, Access Points, then choose the pre-defined wireless access point (e.g. ur office wifi or home wifi), then click Edit then go to WLAN security sett.

WEP key in use: choose #1
WLAN security mode: WEP then click WLAN security sett:
Authentication type: OPEN
click on WEP key settings
WEP encryption: 64 bits
WEP key format: hexadecimal
WEP key: (input your WEP key here)
then thats it!
Use this as your default access point.
no need to put your wep key everytime you use your wifi connection.
