Actually, sis files should work well with 3250. Those themes therefore should work. The only issue is you might have a little difficulty removing the themes since they might not appear in your application list. You have to delete them manually in that case. Oh, by the way, check this site for a HUGE collection of original themes:

Yeah,dont worry mate..these skin works perfectly on my 3250 :)
