Imp notice abt registration & dnld

Ok....now on no downloading privilages for the users who dont confirm their mails when registration...they can see the forum but cant download....it is done bcoz ppl who doesnt confirm mail cant post,so cant b considered a true member....so shouldnt have the facilites of a normal member........moreover this will help to decrease the no. Of members with fake mail ids....

i've seen in another forum by vbulletin that users are not even allowed to view the forum without registration and verification... i think Augustine must implement that coz that will be a perfect solution for fake registartions...

I think this is the right solution. We don't want to be a closed forum, but to download and post, you need to register and confirm the email address. Me too getting too many messages regarding this, but it is okay. People who want to download applications should atlest spend couple of minutes to register!
