U don`t have to change PC to update your phone, product code just signs your phone to a location, it`s so becouse NSU could match language pack while downloading oh & it takes long coz every time you update Ur phone, NSU have to download soft file which is 60-70MB, on 1MBit it takes about 10-12 mins.
