Hello,

i have a problem regarding my Imate jam. when the battery status goes down below 40 % mobile gets off and does not get charged.

THere is another problem...

when i try to receive some call, it gives the error "unable to perfom the operation"

please help me what to do and how it can be managed....

man the best thing in this situation is to back up all your data and make a hard reset i think the hard reset is the same for all ppc, press and hold the power button and press the soft reset button at the same time

if not just see the manual for your device, regards.....
