Phone Restart Function

Hey guys hw u all doin. Im jst wondering if theres an application that restarts the phone. I mean something that u can assign on ur stand-by menu so whenever ur fone freezes (usually happens to me when i try to connect to my wifi, although not all the time) u just click it and ur fone restarts. I heard abt profi explorer but i wonder if there is this application that im talking about.
