Motorola Java games and Modding

These are the ways to install java games to your motorola fon.

First way:

Connect your fon to the usb. Be sure that the default connection is the memory card.
Make a jad file for your java game. Just download jadmaker from the net. it is easy to find.
Copy the jad and jar file to the folder kjava in your memory card.
Disconnect.
From the fon menu for your games and applications, click install new.

2ND WAY

Use Motomidman (Motorola Midlets Manager) in installing java applications.

Connect fon.
Open motomidman.
When it searches for the drivers for your motorola fon, direct the search to where you have saved your P2k drivers.

Unzip the file.
Connect fon.
Open SkiMan
Install a new skin. Search for the .ski file.
Please note that you can delete the stock skins of your motorola.

Jazznewton, thanks for the games, just wanna ask, see... i downloaded some SLVR L7 games from other thread, but the problem is whenever i intall it... it says "application error" although the description state that it is compatible to SLVR, I havent install your games so i don't know if i have that same prob in your games!

I havent seen this kind of fon? Try uploading to your kjava folder on ur MMC the .jar and .jad file of the game you want to install then install it to your fon. Read the first part of the thread

ok. be sure that your memory card is working.
If you connect your fon to your computer, it will automatically recognize the card inserted as a removable memory.
Click the folder of mobile and you will then see the kjava folder.

If you cant do this check your fon settings, the USB settings under the Connectivity and change it to memory card

It will run in your fon but the screen size will be small, the games are only 176x220 while your fon has a screensize of 320x240. Location sir? a real doc?

hey i tried both ways of installing games but to no use.
wheni connect my fon to the comp using momrycard i cannot find there kjava folder and when i try creating it, it says that the file of this type already exsists.
wht to do now bcuz i have tried a lot of times installing games on my v3i but to no use.
