mmc error

hello ppl
my friend has 6600 symbian s60 version 5.27.0
and there is error on it. when i insert memory card phone automaticly delete files on memory card. it is not abaut mmc cus it works on my phone, first files are from folder e:\system\apps\fexplorer\ and then from e:\system\data\ then phone make some files in folder e:\system\skins\...\ and i cant delete that file.

1st thing i have do is format c: and e:
c: by [green]+[3def3]+[*+] and e:\ in my phone. i send it to servicer, bt it hasnt fix tht error, then i do *#7370# and that ain fix error too.

please help if it is possible

ps i dont belive tht servicer has done system flash, and i dont know would it work.

btw if nothing work pls give me some 6600 viruses for this mobile to install and sell mobile to person who sell it to my friend :D

Soft format: If the Handy (only telephone memory) formats, puts back the attitudes and implements a software RESET.
NOTE! The procedure takes some minutes (approx. 3-4), is absolutely waiting!

*# 7780 #
The "original attitudes" and telephone re-establishes is again started-
NOTE! Afterwards various "attitudes" are away - among other things these:
• Points of entrance (Provider dependent points of entrance and attitudes)
• Bluetooth attitudes
• Favorite
• Allocation of the two keys (beside Navi keys) in the main menue
• Profiles are "neglected" (as with distribution) - still there however new bell tones, etc. are...
• SMS/MMS/E Mail attitudes
• Logos and spielstaende (allegedly) also deleted...
Programs, calendars and contacts, etc. not changed...
Also the sicherheitscode remains.
This putting back goes also via menu under "attitudes - general - original telephone once.".
use this 3,4 times & formatt ur mmc on pc & then on cellphone
