Dude,
I havent seen any software that works with your Visual Radio (FM)
but Nokia's N-Gage use to have a software that could record FM radio streaming

this is ultimate voice recorder from which u can record songs while streaming.
=> u hav to play fm song activate ur loudspeaker make volume full or lesser.
=> then open ultimate voice recorder and record thats it.
u can set shortcut button for recording...

But you have forgotten to mention that this should be done in a silent enviornment otherwise all the outside junk will also be recorded.

why wont you just record some web-stream radio from the net with your pc and then transfer it to your mobile or download the songs you want...
