E50 software update help

Hi i just bought E50. I have installed Nokia pc suite and nokia software updater. i have vista ultimate. prbolem i am haveing is that phone can not sync and nokia software updater can not find phone.

but everything else works fine, like i can browse the phone, i can install application using pc suite but just can not sync and update firmware!!

can some one help me plz. i have tried unistalling and reinstalling pc suite and updater but same thing.

vista sucks for this update stuff, beter use xp.

btw new frimware is 7.13.0.0

Are you latin-american? Spanish? Español? The last firmware for spanish language is that one. El ultimo firmware para español es ese.

hi jonyb thanks, you were right. vista was the problem. tried in xp and worked fine! now i have latest firmware in my nokia e 50.

dmgab.... no amigo i am not latin/spanish. actually i bought e50 from ebay, seller was in CA !
