How can I transfer save games form my pc to my memory card on ps2

Yes, it is possible to transfer your save files without using max drive thing...
You need:
-usb card reader

-mod chip or swap magic on your console
-two save state files converters on your pc (PS2 save bulider and PS2 Save Converter)

If you have it all you can in easy way transfer your save states or get save states from internet and copy it on your memory card.
