Signing of Applications S60V3

Hi all....

I would like to know about S60V3 applications.

Do I need to sign all applications for S60V3 or some applications only!

Regarding developer certificate, as I know that the certificate I create, will expire after a period, which I have to use to sign S60V3 applications, and now my question is, should I renew and sign again all applications I already signed by the certificate!

If i install and make a backup, can i restore and use again and again!

I am too much confused about this mater. I will be highly obliged if you please advise me on this issue.

Some applications (made by larger groups or companies) have self signing cert's which you dont have to sign

If you sign a certificate it will expire after a certian time however it the application is already installed it doesn't matter it wont expire and you can also always change you system clock to suit the certificate if you would like to reinstall something, if a certificate is signed to you phones's IMEI you can reuse it as much as you want
