DotSiS Best Desktop Competition >> July 18th 2007

Welcome to one and all for another edition of the DotSiS Best Desktop Competition.

This week's Theme is:

Horror

Rules: (Major Points)

*Only 1 Entry per person

*Stick to the current theme.All entries outside the theme will be disqualified.

*While taking the screenshot, one browser window with DotSiS.com should be open and minimised on the taskbar. (This step has been taken so that we know its your screenshot and not lifted it off any theme site)

*Along with your entry, you must add a description of all the 3rd Party Apps (Iconpacks, Wallpaper, Desktop Objects, Widgets etc) used to modify your desktop. (Links are not necessary)

*Please post only clickable thumbnails from imageshack,as, there are several users who have low bandwith. Its difficult for them to see the image then. If you are having a problem, contact the Manager and he'll upload it for you and provide you with the link.

*Only a Static Screenshot will be accepted.

The Prizes:

*25 Rep Points to be awarded to the winner.

*A Signature Tag will also be awarded to the winner.

here is my lil entry for this competition ...

List of modifications made:

1 - edited wallpaper resolution from 800x600 to 1280x1024 and set the colors and fixed it to look perfect & added my DOTSIS user avtar (lower-right)...
2 - moded my vista's theme to a frosted glass theme (not the preinstalled one) this theme is diffrent as it doesnt blur the background like the normal one but desorts it & has a animated task bar (done with windowsblinds ehnanced 5.5)
3 - all icons removed from desktop :P lol dats ghostly :P
4 - the bar on top is Stardock's objectdock plus v1.9 vista supported. too bad i cant post multiple screenshots coz it has lots to show off :P LOL
5 - woz working offline so opend n minimized the offline page of dotsis, put the mouse over it to show the thumbnail as the lil thumbnail too has my user avtar which can be matched with the one on the lower-right sideone of the screen as extra proof.

well i hope i completed all the specifications, pls let me know if i've missed anything form the specifications;
