Can you help me about applications for Nokia s40 ?

Oh , I'm not a creator . I'm only a student , but I want to make a small dictionary for my cellphone . It's Nokia 6300 s40 v3 (240x320) supported Java 2.0 .
I think I will try with Java application (*.jar & *.jad) . Who do you know about it ? Can you help me ?
I just want to make a very very simple dictionary . So it's have only SEARCH path and ANWERS path for the vocable which I type into SEARCH path .
If you have a document with images to guide me to do it , so very great .

ok hi there is a program Oxford_English_Minidictionary_v2.14.0 it worked on my nokia 6233 and it may works on your phone thanks :D you have to download the jar file but if there jad too you have to download it cuz some apps dont work without that file :d
