After all, what would someone benefit from recording from an FM radio receiver???
The quality transmitted over FM radiowaves is crappy anyway, compared even with an mp3 file encoded at low bitrate. (I think that "radio quality" audio compares to an mp3 file encoded at 56kbps - compare that to a 192kbps - or even more - stereo mp3 file!!!)
Even more, the trick provided here results in audio files full with external noise, as this is not an internal recording that will rip the audio right away from the phone's audio chip, but from the loudspeaker. ;)

If you desperately want to record an FM radio's audio anyway, go get yourself a low-priced mp3 player. Most of them can perform FM recording. Now, THAT would definately do the trick. :satan:


So, I think that someone should be very cautious when they describe something as "HOT TRICK". ;)

I agree with you totally. For FM Recording I recommend you use IPODs or MP4 Players. They record FM internally and without any surroundings and also have good quality.
So go for that...

U can direct sound to the headphones or phonespeaker. It's doesn't matter. U not must set the biggest volume... .

Not working on 6120c! It switches to NotesRecorder, when i start the VoiceRecorder and start recording and then switch to radio then RADIO WONT WORK. Otherwise it switches the radio off when it starts recording! Really crappy trick!

This trick dont work with n73, but works great with n95-2 (8gb)...

Another thing, if you use "MP3 Dictaphone" instead of Ultimate Voice Recorder, you can record from Visual Radio direct in MP3 format!!
