I have downloaded the Playstation Emulator from the above link,but the archive file doesn't contain any .exe file. and not even read me file is not there. Can somebody tell me how to use it ?

dude these r emulators for the xbox...so it will work when u transfer it to urr xbox if u have one tat is:victory:
eg:now with psxbox emu u can play ps1 games on xbox

so it doesnt run on pc it runs on xbox ? i dont need it why play ps1 games on my xbox anyway?

Just Follow This

1.) Download The "slayer 2.7" , U Can Get It From A Torrent ,
2.) Simply Burn This Iso Onto A Cd ( Rewritable Cd Prefered )
3.) Run It On Your Xbox.
4.) Try Out The Various Options , My Friend.

I Think Its The Full Rebuild Or Harddisk Format,

Note: Don't Soft Mod It.

Your Problem Can Be Solved , Well If It Is Not

Then,
1.)go Buy A New Harddisk9( Very Cheap These Days)
Note:- The Harddisk Must Be Lockable.

2.)its Easy To Attach And Reattach It.

3.) Use The Slayer's Cd To Lock Your Drive...and Have Fun

even ps2,xbox emulation on the most grand computer can't emulate there games fully.and u want ps2 emulator for 9300?
