Download a game, open it with UMDGen and in the third tab "UMD Properties" see "PSP_System_Ver". This property is the minimum version of the firmware you must have to run that game.

All the US and EU games work on 3.40 OE-A for now. For the japanese games you need the 3.52 M33...

hey PSP addicts... dont ever use 3.52 M33 beacuse there is a major bug on that firmware. i encountered it recently. at first it can play ISO, CSO games. later you will experience the bug.try it your self to find out...

I think there isn't any serious bug in the 3.51 M33. Anyway to fix all the bugs in this CF install the 3.52 M33 Update 2 (http://dl.qj.net/Custom-Firmware-3.52-M33-Update-2-PSP/pg/12/fid/14194/catid/163).

It's very simple, copy the M33Update folder inside the game150 of your psp. You must have the 3.52 M33 in your psp. The other things in the readme is only for the POPS, the PS1 emulator.

One thing is for sure... you can't just copy and past it. You need to install. And it's not that easy to explain without knowing your firmware.
Nevertheless, I still recomment using 3.40 oeA. Almost all games work for this too.
For installing... many sites explain in many languages if you go to google to find it. Go like this "how to install darkAlex psp". Do it in your language and chances are you will get many sites who tell you everything.

Your post is all wrong. 3.40OE is a good firmware and it can upgrade it to all the firmware you desire. The 3.52M33 is the last firmware and you can play all the game, even the first released. You've got it wrong...
You don't need 7 parts, you need to download a program that is calles 7zip, to extract these files. It won't work with the usual winrar program.
First download the program here : http://www.7-zip.org/
Now all you have to do, is install this program and use it to extract the files you have downloaded.
Do it as always, as you would use winrar, but choose extract with 7zip.

just have flashget open and copy the rapidhsare links.most of the times flashget starts downloading the files....note that u have to have an account at rapidshare to download unlimited....anywayz ,some times u will have to copy the links one by one and each time go to flashget and press "create"or something like this...it has a green cross for an icon...

Probably is your memory stick fault. Please try with other working fine memory stick from your friend to check whether is memory stick problem or PSP problem.

Well about your first question the answer is that the PSP is the best to play great games portable anywhere.
Yes you need to have a custom frameware in the PSP here in Pakistan the PSP come with custom frameware.
Well to play these games in your PSP you need to buy a sony card of 1,2 or 4 GB i owned 2 GB card and i think evry game i had played so far are less then 2 GB

yes, but if your psp fat or slim is not using the cfw(custom firmware), you need to have it updated first to cfw so you could play ripped iso/cso games.
