Why is dotsis.com working so slowly?

Hello,

I don't know it's my Internet connection fault, but dotsis forum works very slowly. One page loads about 40 seconds. It happens every time I visit dotsis.com. Other forums loads very quick. Why is that? It really makes reading or posting on this forum difficult. I have 1Mb Internet connection.
