Attachments bigger than 4mb

Hy guyz ... I'm writing here coz i have a problem! When i post some programmes ( ZIP or RAR ) in DotSIS Computer Section i can't upload attachments that are between 4mb and 8 mb. Under 4 mb i can. So why I can't upload attachments bigger than 4 mb ??:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

So why I can't upload attachments bigger than 4 mb ??:rolleyes: :rolleyes: is not bigger you can split file to upload to software winrar ( ect split 3 Mb...and 1 Mb.... and you can pass to file .... )
