To all Competition Managers & Competition Managers Wannabe
There seems to be some new craze going on in DotSIS lately,
1. The urge to create new competitions
2. The urge to manage existing competitions.
1. To those who wished to start a NEW competition
PLEASE pm ur complete proposals to our admins, DotSIS.com or Augustine BEFORE u starts anything in the Main Forum/Competition Zone.
Should ur proposals are accepted, Please make an announcement in The Private Lounge to inform all Mods n Team Members regarding this matter. You are welcomed to start the competition AFTER posting ur announcement.
2. To the existing Competition Managers,
Should u wished to let anyone else managing ur competition, be it at adhoc, rotary or permanent basis due to ur unavailability or inability or applying the sharing management concept to ur on going competition,
Please Make The Innitial, The Interim Or The Final Announcement At The Private Lounge, Listing Ur Successor or Management Team To Avoid Any Confusion & Misunderstanding.
3. Should There Be Any Complaints Received Regarding A New Competition Thread Started Without Any Approval From The Admins,
Or A Thread For An Existing Competition Started Without Proper Agreement, Approval & Announcements Made, The Thread Would Be Considered As Illegal & Deleted Without The Needs To Issue Further Notices And Warning.
Hoping That This Is A Clear Enough Guideline To All,
