Problem Downloading Attachment

I am using the internet in my university , 2 months before I can download all the attachements without any problems but since Dotsis is back again I cannot download certain attachments which are attached in the thread itself but I can download them if there is a provided link to another server/website such as rpidshare, badango, or megaupload. Is it because of the internet network here or are those attachments not valid anymore?

I would be grateful if any1 can help me with this as I am missing a lot of softwares from Dotsis.

hey!first of all,pls READ before opening another thread with THE SAME problem!!!for God's sake,people!there are at least 3 different threads with the same message:"uploads/downloads not working"! believe me,u are not the only one who is experiencing the same problem and i can assure u that is about to be solved(the MODs are working hard for that).just BE PATIENT!!!!it's not about the internet connection,it's about dotsis.it has a few more issues to deal with... just be patient!...

thats my prob too...i cant download any attachment in a thread...but ill w8 coz i know that dotsis will never let that problem stays...
