But i hav already removed the previous version but it shows the same error.
can anyone tell me to delete those files which causes this problem manually with y browser, i've even hacked firware, i can able to view private folder too..

Yes, can add a MicroDVD subtitle (*.sub)...

Just put the sub with same name of movie on the same folder in phone...

Eg. "E:\videos\movie01.avi" and "E:\videos\movie01.sub"

Use programs like Subtitle Workshop to convert others subtitles to MicroDVD sub...

Note, the frame rate (FPS) of the converted movie must be equal of frame rate of subtitle..

For those of you facing "Program Damage" eror after few days revert back to smart movie v 3.25, its the only stable cracked version available. Moreover the changes in v3.41 compared to 3.25 is negligeble, hope this helps.
Edit:
Even the normal version of smart movie v3.41 will show the same eror so dont bother finding the non vistalised version of 3.41
