i would like to suggest about our dotsis...
uhmmm...would you rather put a subtype for all other phones..like series 40 forum..i would like to have a subtype, like applications,games under the series 40 forums...

I dont think this is required because in reality there are very few applications for S40/SE (Java Phones). Due to the low number of applications, new sub forums are not required.

If you didn't get your valedation then why your acount was activated, you cant make a post if your account is not validated in email.

This forum is mostly related to Symbian OS phones. You can take a look even at the main slogan "We Are Symbian" or "DotSIS", that originates from .sis file extension Symbian Installation Source.
