Dude this is tested on my damn phone before posting. I don't make crapy posts just for counts. This app is tested and fully working. Next time don't be lazy and give an answer yourself instead of waiting others to reply.

Sorry. Maybe I overreacted because I already posted this before and it disappeared without any reason. To you and all to others that has to make the same question: Yes, this is tested and fully working on my N95. Keygen works like a charm.

the app in itself is not working on my 6120 classic... :( the prog does not open. so i´ve tested to install the original trial-version from phone guardian´s homepage and it works. but the keygen is not working with original trial version.

anyone has the same problem or any suggestion?

I don't know what is the problem on your tested phone but, I have installed it on my N95 and worked ok. Also the keygen is working. The screenshots you see here are taken from my phone (except the first one) . The info text and compatibility list are taken from official website so I haven't tested it on other phones.

Yes, it can be locked. Anyway, the files can be accessed from a file manager so you have to lock them too.

You need to sign the application. If you don't know how it is done, you can make a search in forum in the sections for your phone. You can find every tool you need to sign your applications.

I really don't know what's the problem with your phone. You look like you have the same problem as rande (http://www.dotsis.com/mobile_phone/showpost.php?p=426286&postcount=6)reported. I have installed it on my N95 too and never had this problem. Try to use the "MIRROR" attachment and tell us if it works.

I have downloaded the trial version from the official website and installed on the phone. The keygen doesn't work with it, it's true.
The version posted here is a modified one of the trial version. I think this is the problem for you guys. But I still don't know why on some N95 it doesn't work, 'cause on my N95 works fine.
Maybe it has something to do with the firmware. :confused:

No. It doesn't affect the application. You can remove it. It is only for generating the registration code. Anyway be sure to uninstall the right application in the App. Manager.

This message appears on every application you have to install on your phone. No need to worry about it.

You cannot unsign a signed app, but you can resign the unsigned app.

Second:
Go to --> Application Manager --> Options--> Settings

Software installation (must be "All")

Try to sign the original unsigned app posted here. It's more safe to do this than to unsign the signed app and resign it.
By the way, I suggest to use the SignSIS by BinPDA, 'cause you don't need to worry about file location directories and it only takes a couple of seconds to sign. ;)

Worked like a breeze on my Nokia N95 (8GB). Had to sign the application myself, though. Do remember the Serial Key generated by the "keygen" application. You can log onto Phone Guardian with that key in case you forget/misplace your original password.

So, you have the certificate or not? If not, create an account at symbiansigned and download your certificate from there.

Maybe. I haven't installed SmartSettings 'cause it is still full of bugs as I have read around. I'm not sure is that the problem or not, but try uninstalling it.

Hi Olti, When you installed the trial verson and you said the keygen didn't work with that, did you acually let the 5 days of the trial expire, cause i've just used the keygen for the trial version and after i put the key in a msg appeared a said 'registration code stored'. so i was wondering if that after the 5 days is up it would then use that reg code to register its self, any help there would be appreiated, thanks

I said that SmartSettings may cause problems. Do not install beta releases that are still full of bugs and affects other applications, and next say that this app is a crapp.
As you read through the pages, to other users (and for me) it works ok.

Anyway, I removed CrewNuke release. Many users got problem with it.

Try reinstalling the app. As I have seen this error sometimes appear and sometimes don't on the same phone model.

If you read well on the first post I wrote:

this is not a date error. it is coming because the application is unsigned. You will have to sign the apllication to install it.

It is all written in the manual.
Sorry but never tested the commands. If your phone will be stolen, I don't think the commands will be too much of help, you need only the info of the other SIM card, the rest is up to the authorities ;).

Hello, thanks for the application, its installed and works great on my E90. However, i've noticed one peculiar thing. i dont know if its a bug or anything, but it is definitely a PrOBLEM.

when my phone is on and i send the 'lock' sms from another cell , the application works like a charm, locks the phone and sounds the alarm.

The problems comes up when the following steps are taken;

1- i shut my phone off (assuming that some thief would shut off the phone immediately after getting his hands on it)
2- i send the LOCK sms from another phone (assuming i realize i dont have my phone and send the sms from another phone).
3- i turn back on my phone (without changing the sim), well NOTHING happens. the application does not start and the phone does not LOCK! the phone starts normally, ,the sms is received and sits in the inbox , but the phone acts normal and does not lock itself and does not sound the alarm.

anyone else notice this with their phones runnin this application?

Deactivate it before changing the SIM. Turn off the phone and change the SIM. After switching on the phone activate guardian again.

If it doesn't work, uninstall it. Insert the new SIM. Switch on the phone. After your SIM is working ok on the phone install guardian again.

You haven't removed it properly I guess. If you remove it completely it won't ask any password because it doesn't exist on your phone. Be sure you have not activated the "Lock if SIM changed" in phone settings.
