Description


Kaspersky Mobile Security is a convenient and reliable solution that protects smartphones from Internet attacks, malicious programs that target mobile platforms and SMS spam. It also provides protection for confidential data stored on a smartphone should the device be lost or stolen.


Functions

Anti-theft protection:

Protection of personal data for a lost or stolen smartphone. To protect personal data stored on a smartphone if it is lost, a user can block his/her smartphone or delete files, messages, and the list of contacts remotely. The user can also find out who the “new owner” of the lost device is.

- SMS-Block. In the event of the loss of a smartphone, a user can send a “hidden SMS message” to it, which blocks access to the smartphone until a pre-set password is entered.

- SMS-Clean. This function is similar to the SMS-Block feature, but, rather than blocking the smartphone, it cleans the device’s memory and memory cards.

- SIM Watch. The SMS-Block and SMS-Clean functions are only available if a smartphone is enabled and the original SIM card is installed. If a smartphone is stolen, the “new owner” will most likely immediately replace the original SIM card. The SMS Watch function will prevent the “new owner” from accessing any personal data without the initial SIM card inserted in the device. If the initial SIM card is replaced with a new one, the SMS Watch function will send the original user the new telephone number of the device without the “new owner’s” knowledge.

Antivirus protection:

All incoming or modified SMS, MMS and email items are automatically scanned for malicious programs.

On-demand scanning of the mobile device is available at any time. The user can pre-set the best time for antivirus scanning and it will be performed automatically. If an infected object is detected, it is stored in the quarantine folder or deleted.

Firewall

The user can select one of the integrated IP firewall protection levels. Depending on the level selected, one or more connections will be restricted to provide user security.

Anti-spam for SMS/EMS/MMS.

Telephone numbers of known spam sources, any incorrect numbers (for example, text numbers) or unwanted words or phrases can be added to a blacklist to ensure that such messages are always blocked. You can also add the addresses from your contact list to a white list. In the Symbian version, MMS messages are also filtered.

Automatic updates.

Antivirus databases are updated automatically at intervals set by the user. Updates are available via

WAP/HTTP (GPRS, EDGE, WiFi, etc.) or via a PC during synchronization.

Symbian OS 9.1, 9.2 Series 60 (Nokia smartphones only)

I signed mine with the auto_signsis.bat and using the key and cert from adil's guide (step3) and the app is working, no problems.
I haven't tried Drakkarios_signer yet, I don't really feel the need to do it, but perhaps it could help other users (like sweet18 for example) solve their problems with the signing. 10x for your reply olti.

You must have a hacked phone to see c:\private\200112C4 and even to sign it. I tried signing it with my old certificate but it didn't install. I tried selfsignin it but it also didnt work. It only installed after I signed it with the cert and key from keycert.rar (Adil's guide)
As far as the internet database update I don't know , I haven't tested it.

i'm noting down my personal exerience wid it which u all might find useful..

test ur antivirus wid demo script...
the line below is script of EICAR.COM which is standard antivirus test file. if ur antivirus works then it'll be detected n repoted as specified by u.

Creating Eicar.com
1. Click on Start.
2. Select Run.
3. In the Open box type: notepad
4. Maximize the window.
5. Highlight the following on the following line of text:
X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*
6. Right click on the highlighted text and choose 'copy'.
7. Switch back to Notepad.
8. Right click anywhere inside of Notepad and select 'paste'.
9. Click the File menu and select 'save as'.
10. Change the 'Save as Type' to 'all files'.
11. Name the file eicar.com.

on computer the file will be deleted evenbefore being renamed(as in wid norton)... so better create the file in ur mobile.

run ur antivirus.... Kaspersky detects it :victory: but NetQin :uglyhammer:.....
u can update kaspersky but NetQin can be only done in China...

beware of using kaspersky, only activate the settings u want eg activate firewall before going online else mobile will run slow...

HelloCarbide access your phone system files temporarily. To update the virus definition you have to use any Filemanager like FExplore, X-plore, Y-Browser etc.. Copy the new DAT file (virus definition) to specific folder and overwrite the existing file.

1.off Ur phone
2 press *+3+Call keys on same times and Kep them Pressed and Turn on ur mobil phone it will start farmating if it did not work keep doing again after this u have new set in ur hand

I've hacked my Nokia 5700 xpressmusic with FCA000.. hack and was successfull with installing several apps. recently i went in for samsung beat 450 (i450) which is has the same Symbian 9.2 Series 60 3rd edtion FP1 OS and the hellocarbide hack works gr8.

i've installed everything under the sun, except I've yet to install the N-gage coz i've a measly 1GB microSD card, which i might get replaced by a 4GB card today. now why you shouldread this and know and respond?

I've been a seeder for such apps over torrent (as i have quite a load of free bandwidth) and would like to include this also in my latest series 60 3rd edition upload.

what matters is that i need a complete working copy as it seems there are certain issues across nokia handsets too of the s603rd platform. Now my handset too has some weird problem which says:

"This product can't be installed on this phone"

when installing your pack of KMS 7.0 and some others as well.

now the thing is after th error, installer says installation completed, and shows in the list of instaled apps from where you uninstall.

BUT

the app cant be seen anywhere in the phone and neither can i use it.

Please help my in making for a successful installation. please, it's my humble request.

I'd be more than happy to put up tons of software as uploads on my account and several upload links, including the deserving credits to genius peopel like you.

antivirus protection:

all incoming or modified sms, mms and email items are automatically scanned for malicious programs.

on-demand scanning of the mobile device is available at any time. The user can pre-set the best time for antivirus scanning and it will be performed automatically. If an infected object is detected, it is stored in the quarantine folder or deleted.

firewall

the user can select one of the integrated ip firewall protection levels. Depending on the level selected, one or more connections will be restricted to provide user security.

anti-spam for sms/ems/mms.

telephone numbers of known spam sources, any incorrect numbers (for example, text numbers) or unwanted words or phrases can be added to a blacklist to ensure that such messages are always blocked. You can also add the addresses from your contact list to a white list. In the symbian version, mms messages are also filtered.

automatic updates.

antivirus databases are updated automatically at intervals set by the user. Updates are available via

wap/http (gprs, edge, wifi, etc.) or via a pc during synchronization.

I want to share my own experience with you guys regarding the "private" folder that is not visible or accessible on your drive c:/ even though your phone is already hacked.. What you need are x-plore and hellocarbide (if you dont have it search it here at dotsis, and install it.. after installing open your x-plore,do not exit, just use your menu key,open the hellocarbide then select menu1, then press "yes" (right soft key), do not exit,use your menu key again open your xplore, then VOILA!!! Your private folder is already accessible... Hope this can help those who still do not know how they can find the private folder in their drive c:/.. it's very simple so no need for further ellaboration... Enjoy!!!

Here is a simplyest way to crack your phone to install ALL UNSIGNED aplications. It works on my N81.

I WILL PROVIDE YOU ALL NEEDED APLICATIONS!

Step 1 - "Installing HelloCarbide.sis"
Install HelloCarbide either on your phone or memory card. After it's done, you'll noticed that you have a new application called HelloCarbide (without an icon). Don't open yet.

Step 2 - "Applying the proper InstallServer.exe"
I assume that you already have installed LCG X-plore, if not, install it first. Now open lLCG X-plore (must enable "Show Hidden files and Show system files/folders"), DO NOT EXIT but switch (press and hold the menu button) to your standby mode then open HelloCarbide. You'll notice that it has no welcome screen or what-not, just press Options -> Menu1 -> Yes. If done correctly it will close itself. Now you have all the capabilities on your phone, much as BiNPDA's Security Manager. Now switch back to LCG X-plore. (You must not open any other application other than LCG X-plore). Copy the proper InstallServer.exe on ("C:/sys/bin") (if there is no "bin" folder, then make one). Exit from LCG X-plore. Do not do anything else, just restart your phone.
