Chinese & Romanian sections

As the title, we're gonna increase these two sections in International Zone. But, first we need moderator who does understand these languages. If you meet the requirement below, just pm any moderator online.

Requirement:

-know Romanian language(for Romanian Section Click Here (http://www.dotsis.com/mobile_phone/forumdisplay.php?f=152))
-have 300++ quality post.
-active in forum.
-doesn't have bad reputation(no infraction record)

What we want:
-make sure people follow the rules in your section.
-make your section attractive.
