    This setting doesnt work in India, Indians are advised to stick with old default settings.

    I'll test it today in Germany.
    My Firmware is v30.0.0.xx

    Does this A-GPS cause extra costs for the GPRS connection?

    This is just an A-GPS server.

    h-slp.mnc015.mcc234.pub.3gppnetwork.org means local a-gps service
    country 234 is United Kingdom
    operator 015 is Vodafone

    So if you are UK, Vodafone subscriber - this will helps you more.


    supl.nokia.com is fastest and most comprehensive A-GPS service

    I just got v31.0.101 soft for my 5800XM.But nothing has changed for me after changing server address.I live in Turkey.
