Make sure you install Intelliscreen through Cydia first and retrieve a trial license, restart iphone then download below and follow the below instructions

Make sure you set permissions to 0777, just in case!
1) Copy Monkey Ball.app in / Applications (privat / var / mobile / Applications) and by SSH put right 775
2) Create a folder called "Documents" in / var / mobile / 777 put right

The good points of this application are:
