Bro it means that SECMAN is not applicable to your phone. Try HelloOx any version but you need to request for the devcert and key to sign for it...

If the SECMAN and HelloOx 1.03 method is not applicable to your phone, please try other version of HelloOx such as HelloOx2,3 etc... but the procedure is still the same. And im sure that it will works as long as you have the Symbiad devcert with a 17 capabilities..

Bro can you tell me where did you get your devcert and keys on signing of HelloOx verxxx? it does have a 17 capabilities?
As far as I know that as long as you have the right Symbian DevCert and keys you can sign it on any version of HelloOx and it will work on your phone. Maybe you submitted a wrong IMEI of your phone or a wrong Devcert can you verify it from your source...

You are absolutely right Bro! But these two methods are the easiest and accurate application for hacking your phone.
4 A . It is written at many places that some softwares require more permissions than others and as such there are different kind of certificates. Can you explain what is the difference between the certificates?
Some older phones uses only little securities embedded on it so that you use the SECMAN, Drakkarious, etc., Newer phones uses 17 levels of Security or less that's why we need a Symbian Devcert with a 17 Capabilities to bypass it all. Also you can read why some of the newer phones are partially hacked because of it, Nokia put more new Securities on their mobiles aside from 17 levels of Security.
4 B. Whether Certificates issued by OPDA , Imobile and SYMBIANSIGNED are same or if there is a difference, what is the difference and than which one is better?

Sometimes it happens when you have a middleman on submitting of your IMEI. But if you're the one who will request it from the site it will not happen as long as you gave them the right info they need especially your IMEI. You will know if that certificate that they gave doesn't work on any unsigned appz (or HelloOX for example) then you can go back and ask your middleman or from the site itself about it.
5. A. Can i in any damm way by installing/uninstalling these cracking/other softwares make any damage to mobile in such a way that it just refuses to start.If no i will be very happy to try all these stuff.If yes what precaution should i take?
Hacking your phone will not harm or damaged your phone in any means. It will not do harm on your firmware so there is no chance that it will not start.
5. B. And if in any way my mobile doesn't even start than can it will be fine by reinstaliing the firmware? If yes can i do it myself with Pc Suite/any other software(please specify) or i have to take it to a carecentre. Also if i can do it myself than is it possible with the help of A Pc or i need some special hardware?
