Here is a simple method how to unlock your phone without dissambe phone and make TP...

Necessary files:

1. F&B 3.0.7
2. Ramldr2_01_34a
3. P2k Easy Tools v3.9
4. RSD-LITE

[SIZE=3]Unlock phone:

1. Take a full backup of your phone using F&B 3.0.7 [Guide] (http://modmymoto.com/wiki/index.php/Razr_V3i_Backing_up_with_Flash%26Backup)
2. Open Ramldr2_01_34a and connect the phone in bootloader mode and click "set BLANK irom 0300", wait few seconds and close ramldr...

3. Disconnect the phone from pc and reconnect it again, check with rsd lite if you achieved "S BLANK NEPTUNE LTE2" and proceed for the next step

4. Open p2k Easy Tools v3.9 and choose the right profile(in this case v3i)

5. Go to unlock tab and select "Unlock PS" and click "Do selected job" wait for finish...

6. Now the phone will boot up but sometimes will stop after hellomoto screen ... if so flash the backup that we made at begin of this guide and everything is fine
