Features:

-Applications view shows the information about running applications. Here you can see how much memory a running application uses, switch to the selected application, close an application, close all applications, get application extended information (UIDs, memory usage, executable files, attributes and allowed capabilities).

The file is working for me too.
Maybe you have to download it again and extract it via drag&drop (open file with winrar an drag&drop to desktop).
