I think u have to format ur phone, ur phone maybe infected by virus.
Before format ur phone please backup ur own things.

you said YOU THINK, so your not sure.. don't advice to format the phone..
because your not sure.. what will you do if she/he has important files on the phone? because of your advice she/he will format the phone and she/he will realize what he/she did is wrong..

for the person has this problem, even me i have this problem in my phone but I THINK it's because of the memory or whatever but i format my phone and upgrade my firmware to the latest but it's still restarting so i ignore it..

the problem is that by some thing u do 2 ur fone or someome forcly cnage ur mobile's IMEI no.
This Fault appears when such kind of phones (like nokia DCT-4,BB5,WD2 series) IMEI number changed by a software.That cannot be undone again.
So u need to replace u phone or replace ur mobiles's UEM Ic.

This can also happen due to some startup softwares. Same was happening to my 6630 due to "Alarm Pro". Uninstall the software after which it starts happening.
It MIGHT be a solution.

restarting pblm i solved this way 1 fomate manualy using code green button+*+3and power button 2 if its not ok flash to phone with upgred version flash files.

thanks to all but i did not reformat my phone coz i need all my files to be there....hehehehehehehehehe but thanks a lot to all. but sometimes there are software that i download but it has a virus on it.
