Q : I boot Emergency CDROM on My Computer and choose MSDOS Command
Prompt and wanna copy some file from floppy disk drive but I found
my floppy is not there. What should I do ?
A : Emergency MSDOS Command Prompt or some utilities that run on top of
DOS are booted from an emulated floppy disk loaded in system RAM.
So your A: drive has been replaced by this emulated floppy disk.
Everything contained on this emulated drive is reside on system
memory. You can copy to/from this emulated floppy disk drive or
even formating the emulated floppy and it won't affect your real
floppy disk. You'll lose any data or configuration saved to this
emulated floppy if the computer rebooted. You still can access the
real floppy disk drive using drive B: instead of A:

Q : I have computer of which can't be booted from CDROM drive.
A : Double click file named FLOPPY.EXE located on directory
%CDROM%\Windows. This will create bootable floppy disk that
can be used to boot your computer off CDROM drive. Don't forget
to set your BIOS to boot from floppy disk drive and place the
floppy just created on the appropriate drive.

Q : What is DreamPack's patch for Windows 2000/XP ?
A : This tool give full access to Windows 2000/XP.
DreamPackPL do not change/overwrite old passwords,

1. Extract the zip file to a folder

2. Run "ES_Install_WLMessenger_8_5.exe"
-A window will pop-up in Spanish -> Press Aceptar
-The installer will prepare to install, the window may disappear for a while, just wait for it to return.
-A new window will pop up with 2 checkboxes: "Pagina principal de msn" and Windows Live Search. Uncheck both these and press "Instalar".
-The install will then begin, be patient as the install is somewhat inefficient.
-When the install is finished, press "cerrar" to finish the install.

3. Exit Windows Live Messenger using the taskbar icon.

4. Run Install.bat (this will install the language files to convert it to english.)

1. Numerous Windows Vista compatibility changes:

a) help format changed from old HLP to newer HTML based CHM;

b) GUI self-extracting modules attempt to request for
administrator permissions if they cannot create destination
folder under current user account;

c) Log file rar.log and WinRAR theme files are stored
in %APPDATA%\WinRAR folder instead of WinRAR program files folder.

Exported settings file settings.reg is also stored
in %APPDATA%\WinRAR folder by default, but it is possible to
select another folder in "Save WinRAR settings" and "Load WinRAR
settings" dialogs.

WinRAR searches for registration key and settings.reg
both in its program files folder and in %APPDATA%\WinRAR;

It is possible to set the string value "AppData" in Registry key

For example, if you wish to store theme files in WinRAR folder,

which will request the administrative access when started
in Windows Vista.

Command line equivalent of this option is -iadm switch.

2. Added support for ISO 13346 (UDF) file format. This format
is frequently used in ISO images of DVD disks.

3. Added Unicode support for ISO 9660 files, so WinRAR should
handle non-English file names in .iso files better.

4. Design changes in window displaying archiving and extraction
progress:

a) it provides more space for file names, allowing lengthy names;

b) it displays the current archive name in separate line,
allowing much longer archive names than before;

c) when archiving, it displays the current compression ratio
in separate line;

d) it can use both standard Windows and classic WinRAR progress bars.
Turn on "Windows progress bars" option in WinRAR "Settings/General"
dialog to use standard progress bars. By default this option is
on if some Windows visual style is active and off if Windows Classic
theme is selected.

Windows progress bars are two color only, so they do not indicate
the current compression ratio. But now the ratio is displayed
in separate line;

e) "Mode..." button moved to bottom of window.

5. GUI self-extracting modules support following command line
switches:

-d<path> set the destination path
-p<pwd> specify a password
-s silent mode, hide all
-s1 same as -s
-s2 silent mode, hide start dialog
-sp<par> specify parameters for setup program

6. GUI self-extracting modules do not pass the entire command line
to setup program like they did in previous versions.
If you need to get access to entire command line of SFX archive,
parse sfxcmd environment variable which contains this command line.

7. New switch -sc<charset>[objects] allowing to select character
sets for archive comments and list files. It replaces -fcu switch
introduced in RAR 3.60, which was removed from list of supported
switches. Now you need to specify -scuc instead of -fcu to use
Unicode comments. Unlike -fcu, -sc also supports OEM and ANSI charset.

8. New "Save archive copy as..." command in "File" menu.
This command may be useful if you opened an archive from Internet
directly in WinRAR and then decided to save it on local disk.

9. "Word wrap" command added to "View" menu of WinRAR internal viewer,
so you can change the wrapping mode of already opened viewer window.

State of this option is not stored between viewing sessions.
If you need to change the default word wrap mode, use WinRAR
"Settings/Viewer" dialog.

10. Buttons "Up" and "Down" added to "Organize profiles" dialog.
Using these buttons you can change position of selected profile
in the list.

11. Operation progress is displayed when adding the recovery record.

12. If WinRAR is minimized to tray and mouse is over its icon,
WinRAR diplays a message about the current operation progress.
In previous versions it included only percent done, now it also
contains the time left information.

13. Console RAR displays "Calculating the control sum" message
when calculating CRC32 control sum for newly created RAR volume.
Previous versions also calculated the volume control sum,
but did it silently.

14. Archives history list in "File" menu allows Unicode names,
providing more reliable support for non-English archive names.

15. Stack overflow vulnerability has been corrected in password
processing module of console RAR and UnRAR. GUI WinRAR is not
affected. We are thankful to the iDEFENSE LABS for reporting this bug

Here's some reasons:
1. Your internet explorer has a corrupt file, most likely the main .exe is corrupt or is missing a few bytes thats why it won't run. (this means it has been modified of some sort)
2. You have an "ADWARE" in your computer, it's not a virus, not a trojan, not a worm, but an "ADWARE" you should use an adware remover instead.
3. You have a virus in your windows folder that everytime it detects a streaming connection of information from your comp to the net, it gives the computer a signal to shut down. (#3 is only likely to happen if even your ym, im programs, update software etc. make your computer reboot.)

I suggest getting first an adware remover (preferably "Ad-Aware SE"). If this still doesn't work, try updating your internet explorer from IE 6 to IE 7 then just roll back, and if that doesn't work... use firefox... ^_^

This great little program changes your voice, I have only used this once before (good results) but I have not yet used any of the add-ons.

Mate...that is the problem of all users here in dotsis...but there are their own solution for that problem....

1. they download a software called Rapidshare Download resetter to reset the time that is asked for you to wait
2. they have their own way to get rapidshare premium account but it takes longer time..
3. they download a software called rapidshare downloader but a little bit slower
and many more.......

its up to you what strategy will u use....:rofl:

River Past Video Perspective is River Past's award winning video converter software with a twist.

Ever went to an electronic store and saw a video playing on a wide HDTV and everyone in the video look extra fat? Aspect ratio is not well understood, even by the people who deal with them everyday.

Simply put, most video designed for TV have a "normal", or 4x3, aspect ratio. Newer "wide" TV has a 16x9 aspect ratio. If you play a "normal" video on a "wide" screen without adjusting, everything will look fat. If you play a "wide" video on a "normal" screen, everything will look skinny. (A good way to lose weight, isn't it?)

This becomes a problem when you want to transfer a video from one aspect ratio to another. For example, you found there is a nice option to record at 16x9 on your DV camcorder, and it makes the recording look professional. However, now you want to burn it to a DVD and the DVD authoring software only output to 4x3.

Use River Past Video Perspective to adjust the aspect ratio. You can use "Pan and Scan", which chops off the sides of the wide video to make it fit in a normal screen, or use "Letterbox", which adds black strips.
