doesn't work on such long range.

And one more thing for you all friends. Just think about the situation where two different person registered in
the forum from a same cybercafé from the same computer...than what will happen
if the rule of banning occur for same IPs. Someday one user will get banned
even he not know the reason. He is innocent and not did anything wrong in DS
but get banned. So friends please come and send your views to the respected
management staff. thank you. (Is banning is solution??)
