View Full Version : Latest version of 6630 Music Edition firmware?

I'm now using the generic v6.03.08 firmware.. If I changed the Product code to the ME firmware would NSU update it the same firmware like 6.0.3.08 but ME instead? I heard that downgrading will brick your phone so I'm asking you guys of your opinion before i do this.. thanks in advance..

I also upgraded my phone firmware to 6.03.08 no problem occured
but u need an internet like DSL OR CABLE NET so that it cannt dc in between upgrading or it will turn ur phone off forever..............
so be carefull with that
and ur phone must not dc from USB

flashed my 6630 to ME yesterday. ver 6.03.08(prev) to ver 6.03.08(same but with ME).
theres virtually no diff between normal and ME except the Music Player which is on the ROM in case of ME.
I dont find any stability issues with ME.

hi i have also tried upgrading m 6630 to music edition the latest one is 6.03.40 just make sure you have a stable connection and never disconnect the ca 70 from your phone and cellphone, use NSS and Sofware updater, if your product code does not detect the lates version try changing you product code by using nss mine is 0527803
