I think it's not possible. The way to install the custom firmware is first update psp to 3.03, use the 3.03 downgrader and update to 3.10 OE-A. Go to qj.psp.net...

Yes. with the FW 2.71 SE-C you can upgrade to FW 3.10 OE-A with the 3.10 OE-A Easy Installer. You must copy the folders (in package) in psp/game150 and start it by the memory card with charged battery (75%+)

Devhook 0.52 Installation Instruction:

1) Download 3.03 Firmware Eboot (below)
2) Download Devhook v0.52 + PSAR Dumper from C+D (bundled below)
3) Extract all Files
4) Move PSAR_Dumper2 and PSAR_Dumper2% to PSP/Game directory
5) Download PBP Unpacker (below)
6) Install it on computer and run after installation and click "Open"
7) Navigate to the 3.03 eboot file and open it, then extract the files to any directory
8) Move the DATA.PSAR file to the root of your memory stick
9) Open up the extracted devhook folder and move dh, fbm and PSP into the root of your memory stick
10) Disconnect your PSP and run the PSAR dumper from your memory stick via the XMB and follow the on-screen instructions (press X to dump)
11) Connect your PSP to your PC and copy the newly created F0 folder (root of your memory stick) and move it to dh/303/

With the firmware 3.10 OE-A all the games works. To install it put the folders(310oeflasher and 310oeflasher%) in psp/game or psp/game150 and start it to the memory stick n XBM.
